Rajas old students association (ROSA) is a registered alumni association that serves as a bridge between alumni, students and management of the college. This is an enriching platform through which both the alumni and the students are benefitted .There is a structured Alumni association in the college which meets regularly atleast once in a year. Alumni members actively participate in the meeting and present lectures on various topics in which career orientation programmes hold the main stay of the lecture. All the alumni have good interaction with the students so that the students get an orientation and guidance in their prospective dental career. The Alumni is conversant with the programs and activities of the college, provide financial support to the college and its programs, develop alumni programs that foster fellowship among alumni and encourage the physical, moral, and spiritual growth of the college and assist the college in the growth of its academic, administrative, cultural, and extracurricular activities. The alumni members take an active role in encouraging the students by honouring the toppers of the year in each department with financial support through cash awards. The valuable suggestions and feedback given by alumni during the meetings are implemented for the welfare of the institution. Many of the alumni’s have admitted their wards in this institution have been given financial and moral support by the management. Many of the students have been given ample job opportunities in the clinics both in our country and abroad run by our esteemed Alumni’s as a way of gratitude towards the college. Many of the alumni from our college has been holding prime positions in premier institutions and governing bodies. Every year alumnus along with the students and staffs will conduct rallies regarding AIDS awareness, Swatch bharath, tobacco ceasation, Go green and in social awareness programmes.
