- Bio-medical waste generated during diagnosis, treatment, immunization, and laboratory procedures is collected in appropriately color-coded containers.
- Cadaveric remains from the Department of Anatomy are disposed of in a burial ground maintained within the college premises.
- An electrical incinerator is used for the safe and hygienic disposal of sanitary pads.
- Bio-degradable waste is disposed of using manure pits, while wastewater is screened for solid materials, stored in settling tanks, and later used for irrigation.
Water Conservation
- The institution has implemented water conservation facilities such as rainwater harvesting, open well recharge, and the construction of tanks and bunds.
- Drip irrigation is used within the campus to efficiently conserve water resources.
Disabled-Friendly Campus
- The Institution ensures a disabled-friendly, barrier-free environment with features like ramps, disabled washrooms, signage boards, lights, display boards, and signposts.
- Additional support includes mechanized equipment, enquiry and information provisions, human assistance, scribes, readers, and soft copies of reading materials.
Green Initiatives
The college maintains eco-friendly environment, waste recycling, drip irrigation, rainwater harvesting, LED lights, solar plants, cycles etc. as green initiatives in the campus.
Hostel
The college provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. Both are constructed with modern amenities and has adequate capacity for lodging the students. A well organized mess hall which provides hot and water, freshly cooked food three times a day and evening tea with snacks. In house wardens and tight security provides a peaceful atmosphere for the inmates.
Transport
The college has a full fledged transport service which provides transport for the students and staff at a 50 km radius. The service offers a hassle free and safe transport on daily basis.
Safety And Security
The institution ensures 24×7 campus security with rotating personnel, CCTV surveillance on every floor, and biometric systems in hostels. Fire extinguishers and water pipelines are installed on all floors. Dental students receive regular group counseling to promote awareness and positive behavioral practices.
